In addition, I think there was more cussing here, so this game probably does merit the M. They aren't over the top, but they do seem fairly realistic. In this one (Virtue's Last Reward), dead, blood covered bodies are shown. I'll say it's a pause for fifteen and up, though it may be low because of my earlier introduction to M games. While I'm here, I should probably review the sequel, which I don't think CSM did. Regardless, I never got so tired of it that I put the game down. This is especially bad with the first one, where you can't decide where to go. The biggest problem with the game is that you can't skip stages you've already done. The story kept my attention, the characters were excellent, and it had a whole mythology to it that made me want to get all the game's endings.

Okay, on to the review, to which I say this game is superb, with just a few flaws. Now, it's been a while since I played this, but I think there was casual usage of a**, d*mn, and so forth, while the f-word was somewhat rare. When there's blood or anything, the body is offscreen. The game's violence is not a big concern in my view. I played this when I was thirteen myself, and I remember thinking, 'Did this have to be rated M?'.
